Our story

Founded by a Doctor Who Saw the Crisis

"I am passionate about providing care that is not only clinically sound, but also deeply human."

Dr Buyisiwe Mhlaba founded Eldercare 24/7 after witnessing elders misdiagnosed, oversedated, and labelled palliative without proper clinical evaluation. Trained at Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital and enrolled in Harvard University's Fundamentals of Neuroscience, she brings rigorous clinical leadership to every patient.
